Biography
- Xia Zuoquan is a non-executive director of BYD, one of the world's largest EV makers.
- Xia worked in the Hubei branch of the People's Insurance Company before joining the group in 1997.
- He graduated from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University with an EMBA in 2007 and studied computer science as an undergraduate.
- Xia founded investment firm Zhengxuan Capital in 2003, which claims to manage more than $1.4 billion in assets. BYD is also one of its investments.
