- Philip Fayer is the founder, CEO and chairman of Canadian fintech firm Nuvei.
- Nuvei in went public in 2020 at a $6 billion valuation and raised $700 million, the largest tech IPO on the Toronto Stock Exchange at the time.
- The firm, based in Montreal but with staff across six continents, processes payments in more than 150 currencies and generates more than $1 billion in annual revenue.
