- Larry Connor is a real estate investor in Dayton, Ohio who founded and leads the Connor Group, which invests in luxury apartment buildings across the U.S.
- The Connor Group currently owns and operates a $5 billion portfolio of 51 apartment buildings across 12 states from Colorado to Florida. The firm keeps properties for 5 and a half years on average.
