• Hans Georg Naeder heads orthopedic device maker Ottobock SE; it takes its name from his grandfather Otto Bock, who founded the business in 1919.
• The company, which had its IPO in 2025, is a partner with the Paralympics since 1988, producing hockey sledges and custom prosthetics for skiers, snowboarders and sprinters.
• Since taking the reins from his father at age 28, Hans Georg has expanded the staff more than seven-fold to over 10,000 worldwide.
• Ottobock operates sales and service branches in 60 countries and generates annual revenue of over $1.6 billion.
